Shipping Destinations
Belle Book Studio currently ships to customers in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. We look forward to expanding to additional countries in the future.
Order Processing & Delivery
Many of our journals, books, and trackers are printed to order through our trusted fulfillment partner, Lulu Direct. Production typically takes 3–5 business days before your order ships.
Estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 7–18 business days
- Canada & United Kingdom: Delivery times vary based on destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or customs processing.
Tracking Information
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Multiple Shipments
If your order includes products fulfilled by both Lulu Direct and Belle Book Studio (such as gift boxes or bookmarks), your items may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Belle Book Studio is not responsible for delays or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@bellebookstudio.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered production.
Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact hello@bellebookstudio.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging
We'll review the issue and work with our fulfillment partner or shipping carrier to determine the best resolution.
Customs & Import Fees
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees required by their country.
