**14-Day Return Policy**


You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. All sales are final on digital products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


**Initiating a Return**

**Return Process**


If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.


**Damages and Issues**


Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


**Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items**


Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.




If you need to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.


**European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period**


If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, provided the item meets the eligibility criteria outlined above.




Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded the purchase amount to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
