Belle Book Studio Shipping Policy
At Belle Book Studio, we currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. We plan to expand shipping to other countries in the future. Transit times vary depending on location.
Shipping Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 10-20 business days depending on your location. Delays due to customs, distance, or natural disasters are beyond our control. Tracking information is provided with every order. All orders are shipped with insurance through the shipping carrier. While Belle Book Studio ensures insured shipping, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier once it leaves our warehouse. Customers must file claims directly with the carrier for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. We are happy to assist with the claim process, but refunds or replacements depend on the carrier’s policies.
Incorrect Addresses
Belle Book Studio is not responsible for packages that do not arrive due to incorrect shipping addresses. Please double-check your address before completing your order.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
Once a package leaves our warehouse, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier. Any disputes for lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be handled directly with the carrier. Belle Book Studio can assist in initiating claims but is not liable for the outcome.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery. Report any damages, defects, or incorrect items within 48 hours to hello@bellebookstudio.com.

Tracking numbers will be provided as soon as your order ships. Postal delays or customs inspections may affect delivery times.
Custom Fees and Import Taxes
Duties, taxes, and customs fees are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility.
