Ordering
When will my order ship?
Most of our books, journals, and trackers are printed to order. Production typically takes 3–5 business days before shipping. Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn't entered production, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order enters production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
At this time, gift wrapping is not available. However, our products are thoughtfully packaged and make wonderful gifts.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?
Some products are shipped directly from our print partner, while others are shipped by Belle Book Studio. As a result, your order may arrive in separate packages.
Returns
Can I return my journal or book?
Because our books and journals are printed specifically for each order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or ordering mistakes. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right.
Can I return a gift box or accessory?
Yes. Unused gift boxes and accessories may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for complete details.

Many of our journals include thoughtfully designed prompts, trackers, reflection pages, and organizational tools. Please refer to each product description for specific features.

Our products are thoughtfully designed to support wellness, empowerment, organization, and self-reflection. While many were inspired by chronic illness experiences, we also offer products that can benefit anyone seeking encouragement and intentional living.
