Belle Book Studio Return and Refund Policy
At Belle Book Studio, we want you to love your stationery products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. All sales are final on digital products.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Initiating a Return
To start a return, visit your account where the purchase was made and request a return. Alternatively, contact us at Hello@bellebookstudio.com for assistance.
Return Process
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
For exchanges, return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For EU orders, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason, provided the item meets the eligibility criteria.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Additional time may be required by your bank or credit card company.
